Returns/ Exchanges Policy

It's very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.  Each bib is machine embroidered and handcrafted by me.  I've been making these drool bibs since 2004.  They have gone through many changes through the years as I have perfected the style, the sizing, the construction and the designs.  I stand 100% behind my work.  Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted for ready made bibs.  The item must be in new condition and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.   

Returns cannot be accepted for special order items if the item has been customized unless it is an obvious flaw of workmanship or an error in the embroidery.  

Returns cannot be accepted for damaged bibs as a result of a dog tugging on their bib and ripping it, scratching at their bib and ripping it or another dog pulling on the bib and ripping it.  This is wear and tear beyond what the bibs were designed to do.  This is why I give the warning on my care instruction sheet not to leave a bib on an unsupervised dog.  

If you need to return an item, please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days.

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, most European Countries, Australia and New Zealand.  I use USPS for domestic and international shipping.  I have found their rates to be the most reasonable.  Shipping rates will vary depending on weight of order and region being shipped to.  The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.   The customer is responsible for any additional customs or duty charges on their packages.

Occasionally shipments may be delayed, especially for international shipping.   These are circumstances beyond my control.  For international shipping the USPS tracking number is traceable while the package is in the United States.  Once it leaves this country, USPS is unable to track it.  You will need to contact your local post office with this tracking number to locate it.

If your shipment is delayed contact me with your order number and I will try to work with my post office in locating your package if it is still in this country.  Refunds minus shipping costs will be granted if shipment is not delivered in sixteen weeks.

If this is an unacceptable amount of time, we can ship your order using another method that guarantees delivery but the cost will be quite a bit more expensive.

I've only had this happen twice with international shipping in the 16 years that I have been in business but I want you the customer to be aware of this.
