Returns/ Exchanges Policy
It's very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Each bib is handcrafted by me and all clothing items and towels are machine embroidered by me. I stand 100% behind my work. Returns and exchanges are gladly acceptd depending on the issue. The item must be in new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns cannot be accepted for special order items if the item has been personalized unless it is an obvious flaw of workmanship.
If you need to return an item, please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days.
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, most European Countires, Austraila and New Zealand. We use USPS at this time for domestic and internation shipping. Shipping rates will vary depending on weight and region. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
I have set up the shipping rates to be as accurate as possible. For International shipping, you may be occasionally overcharged for shipping. If that is the case, I will refund any excess shipping charges if the overcharges exceeds $2 or more with a minimum shipping charge of $2.50. If you are undercharged for shipping, I will pay the extra.
