Returns/ Exchanges Policy

It's very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.  Each bib is machine embroidered and handcrafted by me.  I stand 100% behind my work.  Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted.  The item must be in new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Returns cannot be accepted for special order items if the item has been customized unless it is an obvious flaw of workmanship.

If you need to return an item, please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days.

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, most European Countries, Australia and New Zealand.  I use USPS for domestic and international shipping.  I have found their rates to be the most reasonable.  Shipping rates will vary depending on weight of order and region being shipped to.  The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.  

Occasionally shipments may be delayed, especially for international shipping.   These are circumstances beyond my control.  For international shipping the USPS tracking number is traceable while the package is in the United States.  Once it leaves this country, USPS is unable to track it.  You will need to contact your local post office with this tracking number to locate it.

If your shipment is delayed contact me with your order number and I will try to work with my post office in locating your package if it is still in this country.  Refunds minus shipping costs will be granted if shipment is not delivered in sixteen weeks.

If this is an unacceptable amount of time, we can ship your order using another method that guarantees delivery but the cost will be quite a bit more expensive.

I've only had this happen twice with international shipping in the 14 years that I have been in business but I want you the customer to be aware of this.
